What should I wear to my first class?
Comfortable athletic clothes with no zippers or metal. If you have a gi, bring it. If not, we’ll provide guidance when you arrive. Clean feet are a must!
Do I need jiu jitsu experience to start?
Not at all. Most new students are complete beginners. Our fundamentals classes are structured specifically to introduce you to the art in a safe, low-pressure way.
What are the age requirements for kids?
Our kids’ program is for ages 6–12. We focus on building confidence, discipline, and basic BJJ mechanics in a fun yet structured environment.
Arrive 10 minutes early?
Yes, please arrive a few minutes early to get acclimated to the space before class begins. We want you to feel comfortable from the second you walk in.
